Credits, refunds and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please write to info@novosta.com within 15 days of receiving the package with the reason for your return request.

You will be offered an exchange, credit note or refund, as applicable, upon receipt of the returned product. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged, refunded or credited.

The return of item (s) is free for any manufacturing defect or order error on our part and is done with Canada Post in Canada or with USPS in the United-States. You will receive details of how to get your return label by email.

Refunds, exchanges or credits for any merchandise returned after 15 days of receipt will not be honored.
